Both of these treatments can be applied singly or in combination. Treatment can facilitate you against symptoms, but condition cannot be cured completely.
Number of such psychotherapies and medications are available which can be used effectively. This is just because treatment requires many days or even weeks to work at its best. During treatment the psychiatrist follow the progress in the condition of patient and perform necessary changes.
Unfortunately most of the patients with anxiety disorders don’t seek any kind of help. Most of the people even don’t know that they have illness which has specific causes and has available treatment. Some people have developed a state of fear that their nearby people might criticize them, if they ask for help.
